Quickly got taken back and was treated kindly and respectfully. Doc was very encouraging, which for me was a great help as I have been through a lot of dental issues in my years. Thank you Premier Dental of Austintown!

The friendly staff at Premier Dental of Austintown are very thorough and professional. They scheduled me in for a possible lost filling, but found that the tooth had broken away. They fixed it quickly and painlessly! Dr. Jeff and Dr. Rachel have the right touch!

The doctor and his assistant were very good. The receptionist was less than professional. When I questioned the $20.00 charge I had from a previous fluoride treatment after a cleaning, she told me it was the patient's responsibility. I WAS NEVER TOLD IT WOULD NOT BE OVERED. Then she told me I had to pay my 20% before I could have my procedure. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT HERE FOR AT LEAST 40 YEARS, BEFORE IT WAS TAKEN OVER BY PREMIER DENTAL. I did not appreciate the attitude of the receptionist and don't know if I will return.

Dr. Doan is THE BEST. I recommend her to everyone I know. She is professional, approachable, and personable. I’ve never liked the dentist, but now as a patient of Dr. Doan I actually look forward to my appointments! (I’m serious!)
